Meghan Markle 36, will be walking down the aisle on May 19th at the Windsor Castle for her nuptials to Prince Harry, and her wedding dress is the source of much speculation for the royal wedding. Will it be white or not? What silhouette will she choose? What type of Neckline will it have? We all cannot wait to see!
It has been speculated that Ralph and Russo will be the designer to make Meghan’s gown. If indeed Ralph and Russo have made the royal wedding gown, true to their style, we imagine it will be oozing with decadent details.
Being a very modern bride, we doubt Meghan will wear a traditional princess ball gown. The Former suits star gave an idea of how it would look like. “Classic and simple…I personally prefer wedding dresses that are whimsical and subtly romantic’’ and it’s nothing like the look Sarah Burton designed for Duchess Kate back in 2011. She also gave the idea of Carolina Besetta Kennedy wedding gown, she mentioned her wedding gown would something close to that.

Kate Middleton’s Wedding dress

A lot of Designers from Vera Wang, Stephanie Allin, Gemy Maalouf, Kate Halfpenny to Carolina Herrera. have shared their predictions in sketch form of how her dress will look like. We definitely did not want to be left out and therefore we did a prediction of our own.

Our prediction.

Meghan Markel’s sense of style is modern elegance. Since she will be marrying into the Royal family, we predict that on her wedding day she will wear something a bit more conservative not so revealing while remaining true to her unique and captivating sense of style.
We envision her with a soft duchess silk satin or crepe mermaid gown with delicate lace applique on top. Long Chantilly lace sleeves which are timeless and elegant, with tasteful embellishment for that royal touch. There is a high chance that she will wear a tiara and a cathedral veil.
Let’s wait and see. Will our sketch prediction be close to her wedding gown or not?
